This is Shoki Ramen's 16th year in Sacramento. In the 16 years, we have created not only a great bowl of ramen, but an personalized experience for each customer that dines at Shoki. This legacy that was created wasn't by luck, it was created by using Yasushi's 40+ years of restaurant and culinary experience. Each dish that Yasushi serves has been meticulously thought through using every ingredient. He has an eye to cooking that allows him to push his limits and "reinvent" dishes to make it more sustainable, fresh, healthy and accessible to any dietary needs.

Yasushi wants to share and teach his knowledge to aspiring chefs and entrepreneurs who would like to pursue in possibly making their own Shoki Ramen or other business ventures you may have.
